Returns
- General Policy We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Due to the hygienic nature of intimate apparel, bras and shapewear cannot be resold once opened or tried on. Therefore, all orders are final sale.
- Exceptions We will only consider a return or replacement request if your item arrives with:
  1. Manufacturing defects (stitching damage, fabric flaws, misprint)
  2. Wrong item shipped (incorrect style, size or color)
  3. Damaged goods caused by transit
