Returns

• General Policy We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Due to the hygienic nature of intimate apparel, bras and shapewear cannot be resold once opened or tried on. Therefore, we operate on a <strong>final sale</strong> basis for all orders.
• Exception Circumstances We will only consider a return or replacement request if your item arrives with:
  1. Manufacturing defects (stitching damage, fabric flaws, misprint)
  2. Wrong item shipped (incorrect style, size or color)
  3. Damaged goods caused by transit
• Claim Requirements - You must submit your request <strong>within 7 calendar days</strong> after delivery.
  - Please provide clear photos/videos showing the defect, packaging and product label.
  - Products must remain unwashed, unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached.
  - Hygiene seal must remain intact.
• Not Eligible Cases - Changed mind, wrong size selected by customer, dislike of color or fit
  - Items washed, worn, stained, damaged by customer
  - Missing tags, broken hygiene seal
  - Return requests submitted after the 7-day window
