Shipping Fees

Hong Kong SAR: Standard shipping rate: HKD 50.00. Free shipping is available for orders over HKD 700.00.

Other regions: Standard shipping rate: USD 10.00. Free shipping is available for orders over USD 80.00.

We ship via SF Express for all Hong Kong orders.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery: Hong Kong 5–7 business days, other regions 7–10 business days.

Please Note

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, customs clearance or public holidays.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • If we are unable to reach you or the address is unknown, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
  • All orders are shipped in discreet, private packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

General Policy

We accept returns on unopened, unused products only. Once a product has been opened, we are unable to accept any return or refund request under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The hygiene seal must remain fully intact.
  • Your return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products that have been opened, worn, washed, or had the hygiene seal removed
  • Change of mind, wrong size selected by customer, or dislike of colour or fit
  • Products with missing tags or damaged packaging
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window

How to Submit a Return Request

  • Email us at bd@plataneglobal.com with your order number and clear photos of the unopened product and packaging.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
